Notiziona di oggi, Google ora comunica tramite User Agent quanti lettori ha il tuo feed su Google Reader o Google Personalized Homepage. Per carità, bello, in particolare per chi ha voglia di numeri e contatori (io ne ho uno piccolo piccolo che neanche fa vedere i numeri…), ma l’User Agent non è un metodo sicuro per passare dati!
Come ho spiegato in un precedente post, già con Firefox è possibile falsificarlo e quindi prelevare un feed passando un dato falso. Inoltre Google non specifica nessun IP in particolare, quindi non si può neanche fare questo tipo di controllo… Devo dire che mi ha deluso.
